You Have the Freedom to Pursue Undergraduate and Master’s Education for Potentially Zero Out-Of-Pocket Tuition*
If you are a U.S. active-duty servicemember, National Guard member, or Reservist, you are eligible for the Freedom Grant®. The Freedom Grant covers tuition above the military TA cap of $250 per credit hour for undergraduate and master’s-level education. You’ll also receive course textbooks and ebooks at no additional cost through a university book grant, and the technology fee is waived. *Zero-out-of-pocket tuition may be possible when the Freedom Grant is combined with other forms of financial assistance, such as military TA or federal Pell grants. The Freedom Grant is available to all U.S. active-duty servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reservists.
Spouses/Dependents of U.S. Active-Duty Servicemembers, National Guard Members, and Reservists
If you are a spouse or dependent of a U.S. active-duty servicemember, National Guard member, or Reservist, you are also eligible for the Freedom Grant. After the Freedom Grant is applied to standard tuition, you will pay $250 per credit hour for undergraduate and master’s-level education. You’ll also receive course textbooks and ebooks at no additional cost through a university book grant. Spouses and dependents also may be eligible for a technology fee waiver.

Textbooks and ebooks provided at no cost to all undergraduate and doctoral students as well as master’s-level students eligible for the military tuition grant.
