Earn Your Associate of Arts in Management Online

Tackle the current and emerging challenges of building and maintaining an effective global workforce by earning an online Associate of Arts in Management from American Military University (AMU).

The program features two concentrations: Human Resources and Retail Management. Through the Human Resources concentration, you gain a working understanding of effective talent management, recruitment, hiring laws and ethics, career development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. The Retail Management concentration explores leadership, communication, critical thinking skills, finance, and information technology.

You have the opportunity to collaborate in your online classroom with students who may be HR or management professionals. You can also join the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) to network with peers. Additionally, this program serves as a foundation for those who wish to earn a bachelor's degree in management or related disciplines.

AMU’s programs are online with 24/7 access and no set login times. At AMU, there are no entrance exams and classes start every month, so you can begin quickly and control your schedule. Ask us about transfer credit opportunities to help you save time and money in completing your degree.
